Have you ever wondered why we enjoy using wildlife as our mascots? My thoughts? It's simply that we like to relate to things. Ever hear someone say, "So-and-so is my spirit animal?" That's because each of us is attempting to identify with other subjects. I believe the desire to connect with others is in our nature. We use things - like animals or zodiac symbols - as methods for finding the similarities between ourselves and our peers.
